What a pleasant stay, no reason to complain. Clean hotel, amiable staff & marvellous location in the middle of jackson. Extremely comfy beds and a minibar, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, and climate control. Well-equipped bathroom with a tub. Location not far from the shopping district, and DMK airport.

We booked double room with comfortable bed. There were an electric kettle and refrigerators in the room too. The location was exceptionally nice and marvellous and near a garden and an oasis. Had tea and goodies at The Rhododendron Cafe, nestled 1 km of the hotel.

Freshly prepared breakfast and excellent cappuccino add to the delightful experience. Communication is seamless thanks to their great English proficiency.
